The Connectivity Setup in Maingrid enables users to connect their chosen CIMS (Cloud Instance Management Service) to the relevant worker nodes. This configuration establishes secure, optimized pathways for AI inference requests, allowing for seamless multi-region and cross-platform routing. By connecting orchestration servers to worker groups across various regions or cloud providers, users can ensure that their infrastructure is configured to handle demand, minimize latency, and reach end users efficiently.
This connectivity setup ensures a secure, flexible, and scalable network architecture, allowing your AI applications to perform optimally based on user location and resource availability.
Confirm Successful Installation: Ensure that both the orchestration server (CIMS) and the worker node group have been installed successfully.
Navigate to Connectivity Setup: Go to the AI Inference section and click on Connectivity Setup.
Multi-Region and Cross-Platform Routing: MainGrid allows multi-region and cross-platform routing between orchestration servers and worker groups, providing flexibility for diverse infrastructure needs.
Select Node Group and Orchestrator Server: Choose the desired worker node group, followed by the orchestrator server you wish to connect.
Create SSL Certificate: Generate a free SSL certificate through a third-party provider, such as sslip.io. Enter the API Key and Private Key values for the SSL certificate, then click on Setup Wiring to establish the connection.
Initiate Installation: The installation process will begin, which may take up to 10 minutes. Maingrid allows you to create multiple environments as needed, enabling you to isolate and manage AI application needs by region, reach, availability, scale, and more.
Now that the installation is complete, you can proceed to the next step: AIt_API. This will allow you to connect to your cluster and begin using your application.
